Delete your Palmastra account

You can delete your account and everything linked to it at any time. This removes your profile, every person you added, your readings, chats and any palm photos you kept.

In the app

1. Open Palmastra and go to People.
2. Tap Account.
3. Tap Delete my account and confirm.

By email

If you can't open the app, email us from the address you signed up with and ask us to delete your account. We'll confirm within 7 days. [email protected]

What is deleted

• Your account and sign-in details
• Everyone you added and their birth details
• All readings and chat messages
• Palm photos and palm analysis
• Consent records and subscription status

What we may keep

Payment records held by Apple, Google or Stripe are kept by them as the law requires. We keep nothing else.
